to all my name is Max. In the realm of getting thinner I am a definitive disappointment at consistency. For hell's sake, i'm certain my body doesn't know whats coming next. I've ketoed, i've done clean weight control plans, i've done fab eating methodologies, none of these being over a month long. So i have to do a straight up, standard, cutting eating regimen.
