A Muscle Building Diet For Maximum Muscle Gains

Okie dokie! So what I have as such. I will alter today after exercise center and supper.

6AM: 1scoop Whey protein + 1/2 scoop glutamine (103 Cals, .67g Fat, 20g Protein)

8:30AM: 2 packs of plain cereal. I utilize moment since I have breakfast at work. (200 Cals, 4g Fat, 8g Protein)

10:30AM: 1 Protein Bar since I was eager and drained and disappointed with work (260 cals, 7g Fat, 16g Protein)

12:30PM: Lasagna Florentine (290 Cal, 9g Fat, 15g Protein) and a measure of PG Tips.

Add up to in this way: 853 Cal, 20.67g Fat, 59g Protein

Also, the normal Caloric admission (on the grounds that no adding machines said precisely the same) 1510-1656. So should we say 1600?


Despite the fact that my Bodyspace Workout Page hasn't been redesigned in for a short time it doesn't mean I'm not working out. I haven't enjoyed a reprieve by any stretch of the imagination. I just typically work out at 5AM and record my data at night from my log book. In any case, I had lost my log book and as of late discovered it once more. Yippee! I conveyed it with me today to work out this evening (I work low maintenance at the rec center as well and today evening time is my night).
