As the title expresses, this log will be kept for 46 week in the endeavor to lose 70LBs of FAT and get to a sound weight. I have begun several diaries in the past yet never truly kept them up but then I have fizzled at every time I attempted to abstain from food. This diary will be kept up/redesigned all the time.
I remain at 5'6 tipping the scales at 223LBS. I have evidently gainned somewhat because of incalculable eating garbage, and fast food yet I now understand it's a great opportunity to roll out an improvement for good else I won't not associate with any longer. In addition to the fact that i am worried with my wellbeing, i'm worried with my appearence. I have gotten a terrible social anexity because of being overweight and being dessappointed and embarrassed about myself since regardless i'm fat and I haven't kept to my work.
